"Professional and efficient service. Chris and his team are customer oriented and will take the time to explain the service needed and your options for repair. In addition to new tires, transmission service and oil change, I was missing a small visor clip. European Autotech took the time to drive all the way to Concord to get a new clip. I'm sure it cost more in fuel to get there than I was charged for the clip replacement. My prior experiences have been with the Audi dealer who did good work, but only has resources to explain what someone else did."
